Terms of service
The offer
The 10K Deal provides a one-year package of web design, hosting coordination, SEO, content, social posting, and support for a flat $10,000 (USD), payable either in full or 50% at kickoff and 50% at site launch. The full scope is listed on the What's Included section of the homepage and is made part of these terms by reference.
What's excluded
Items listed under What's Not Included — including e-commerce builds, paid advertising management, major redesigns, video production, and requests beyond the monthly allowance — are available as separately quoted add-ons only.
Ownership
The client owns the website, its content, the domain, and all related accounts from the moment they are created. The 10K Deal retains rights only to its own reusable tools, templates, and internal processes.
Delivery
The initial website build targets launch within 60 days of kickoff and approved content. Timelines depend on timely feedback and materials from the client.
Cancellation & renewal
The year is prepaid and non-recurring: there is no automatic renewal charge. About 60 days before the year closes, the client is contacted to decide on renewal. If a client ends the engagement early, delivered work and access remain the client's; the annual price is not pro-rated, as capacity was reserved for the full year.
No-performance warranty
The 10K Deal makes no guarantee of specific search rankings, traffic figures, or revenue outcomes — nobody honestly can. The commitment is to the defined scope of work, delivered monthly and reported transparently.
