The math

The math is the pitch.

The scope

What's included in your $10,000 year

One payment. One year. Everything a growing business needs to look sharp online and actually get found — no $2,500/month invoices, no surprise add-ons.

The build — first 60 days

  • Custom website design, built around your business — not a template
  • Mobile-responsive, fast-loading, professional from day one
  • Hosting setup and domain connection handled for you
  • SEO foundation built in from launch — titles, descriptions, structure
  • One full revision round before launch — you approve every page

The year — every month after

  • Ongoing SEO check-ins to keep you visible in search
  • Regular content updates — new pages, refreshed copy, seasonal changes
  • Social posts designed and scheduled for you every month
  • Maintenance, backups, and security — the site just works
  • Up to 4 small requests per month, most turned around in 48 hours
  • Direct support all year — no ticket queue, no waiting on an agency
  • A simple one-page report every month: what was done, what's next

Small edits, handled fast: text changes, image swaps, small page updates — up to four requests a month, most turned around within 48 hours.

Equivalent monthly plan: $2,500/mo = $30,000/yr.
You: $10,000. Once. Done.

Clear edges

What's not included — and why that's good

Vague bundles kill trust on a prepay deal. Clear edges are what protect the price. Everything below is available as a scoped add-on if you ever need it.

Not in the deal

  • Major redesigns or rebuilding the site from scratch
  • E-commerce setup — online stores, payment processing
  • Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Video production and photography
  • Requests beyond your monthly limit

But never a surprise

Each of those is a fixed-quote add-on — you'll always know the price before any work starts. Turning limits into clear options is what keeps the 10,000 flat for everyone.

  • Add-ons are optional, scoped, and quoted upfront
  • You'll never see an invoice you didn't approve first
  • If you need them every month, I'll tell you the Deal isn't your best move
The fit

Who this is for

The Deal is built for one specific situation: you're already paying monthly for this work. If that's you, the math does the selling. If it's not, I'll tell you.

You're a fit if…
  • You already pay $1,000+/month for a website, SEO, or marketing
  • You're a coach, consultant, or small/medium business
  • You want one predictable cost for the whole year
  • You're tired of agency ping-pong and ticket queues
  • Your site is outdated, slow, or invisible on Google
Not a fit if…
  • You're paying under ~$850/month today — the Deal wouldn't save you money
  • E-commerce or paid ads is the core of your growth plan
  • You need a 50-person team on call around the clock

If it's not a fit, you'll hear that on the first call — no pitch, no pressure. The Deal only works for both of us if it actually saves you money.

How it works

From kickoff to launch in 60 days

The clock starts when you're happy with the plan — not when the invoice clears. After launch, the year rolls on a simple monthly rhythm.

You see every page before it goes live. You approve the copy. You get one full revision round built into the schedule — plus your four requests every month after.

  1. Week 1
Kickoff & strategy — goals, audience, competitors, sitemap
  2. Weeks 2–3
Design & copy — direction and page-by-page copy you approve
  3. Weeks 4–6
    Build & SEO — fast, responsive, search-ready
  4. Week 7
Review — walk-through and your revision round
  5. Week 8
Launch — live, secure, backed up, monitored
  6. Every month after
The year — content, social, SEO check-ins, your requests, one-page report

Real proof. No fake logos.

Every client gets a case study right here — the numbers, the before and after, in their words, with their permission. There are no invented testimonials on this page, because trust is the product.

The first names on this page will be real ones. 10 a year is the whole capacity — that's the point.

Founding clients get
  • Founding rate locked for as long as you stay
  • Quarterly strategy calls included — a paid add-on for everyone after
  • Priority turnaround on every request, all year
  • A direct line — you always talk to the person doing the work

Questions everyone asks

What's actually included in the $10,000?
A brand-new custom website (up to ~10 pages, built in the first 60 days), hosting and domain handling, an SEO foundation at launch, monthly SEO check-ins, regular content updates, monthly social posts, maintenance/backups/security, up to 4 small requests a month with ~48-hour turnaround, direct support, and a one-page monthly report. One payment covers all of it for a full year.
What's NOT included?
Major redesigns or full rebuilds, e-commerce setup, paid advertising management (Google/Meta Ads), video production, and requests beyond your monthly limit. Each is available as a scoped add-on with a fixed quote — never a surprise invoice. If you need those things every month, the Deal probably isn't your best move, and you'll hear that on the call.
Why is this so much cheaper than an agency?
No office, no account managers, no sales team, no layers between you and the person doing the work. Agencies price monthly retainers to cover overhead first and work second. The Deal flips that: 10 clients a year, one operator, one flat price. The cap isn't a gimmick — it's the maximum amount of work one person can do well.
Is it really just one payment?
You have two options. Pay the full $10,000 upfront — that's the classic Deal. Or split it 50/50: half to start, half when your new site launches. Either way there are no monthly invoices, no retainers, and no add-on charges you didn't approve first.
Are there really only 10 spots?
Yes. 10 clients a year is what one person can deliver well — a new site every ~5 weeks plus ongoing monthly work for everyone. When the spots are gone, the next intake opens for the following year. Waitlist requests are honored in order.
Do I own my website?
Yes — 100%. Your site, your domain, your content, your accounts, all registered to you. If we part ways at the end of the year, everything keeps working and you can take it anywhere. No hostage situations — that's an agency game.
What if I need more than 4 edits a month?
Extra requests are a fixed-rate add-on, quoted upfront — or you can roll them into the next month if it's not urgent. The cap exists so one client's endless revisions never slow down the other nine. In practice, four small requests a month covers almost every business.
What happens after the year ends?
You choose: renew at the same rate (founding clients keep their rate locked), renew with a scope change, or walk away with everything you own. There's no auto-renewal charge and no cancellation fee — you'll get a renewal conversation about 60 days before the year closes, and that's it.
How long until my new site is live?
About 60 days from kickoff — one week of strategy, two of design and copy, three of build and SEO, one for your review round, then launch. The clock starts when you're happy with the plan, not when the invoice clears.
Who is this NOT for?
Businesses paying under ~$850/month today (the Deal wouldn't save you money), anyone whose growth plan depends on e-commerce or paid ads management, and anyone who needs a large team on call. If that's you, the first call will be short and honest: what to do instead, no pitch.
